Travel from Nadi or nearby resorts to Tifajek in Sabeto for a natural mud wrap, mud bath, and sulphur hot pools. English-speaking guides such as Mony explain the springs, while optional hotel transfers and a traditional Fijian massage make this a flexible half-day outing. Bring water, a towel, and spare clothes.

“Visiting the hot springs was a great experience! Mony was a great guide who explained the history of the springs. Only downside of the day was the driver was an hour and a half late which would have been okay if they communicated with us! Otherwise it was a good experience to do. Just keep in mind fiji weather is quite humid and you're swimming in hot springs for duration”
